• Submissions of Camera-ready version must strictly adhere to the LNCS guidelines. See Formatting instructions and stylesheets. Do not change the paper margins, font, and font size in the templates. Also do not add page numbers.
• Please carefully study and address the reviewers’ comments supplied to you in the acceptance notification email.
• Papers must be within page limit communicated to you in the acceptance notification email. The page limit includes references and appendices.
• Indicate the corresponding author in the paper header. There should be ONE corresponding author per paper. The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all authors of that paper, must complete and sign a License-to-Publish form.
• Plagiarism and self-plagiarism: It is authors’ responsibility to make sure that there is no plagiarism in their paper.

Camera-ready submissions must include the following documents:

1. PDF version (and source files) of your camera-ready paper
2. Signed License to Publish Form
3. All the source files of your submission (including text and figures); also MS Word copy (if using MS Word)
4. The material in points 1-3 packed as a .zip file should be emailed to:

   Note: Do not submit camera ready to easychair.

The deadline for camera-ready submission is 20 September 2025.
